Australian customers
Please contact hello@littleharryhampton.com to make a return with your name, order number and item/s you will be returning.
Little Harry Hampton offers returns on all full priced items within 14 days of delivery for an online credit, exchange or refund – excluding return shipping costs.
The item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused with original tags attached
Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed. Little Harry Hampton has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.
International Customers
The terms for Australian customers also apply to international orders.
For international customers, the cost of the shipping returned will be the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot process your refund or credit until we have received your items back.
Please send via a tracked postal service to ensure your parcel does not go missing. Little Harry Hampton is not liable for any missing returns and we can only process your return once the original has been received back into our warehouse.
I have received an item and I think its faulty, what do I do?
First of all, we are sorry to hear this has happened! We are more than happy to assist you with this fault. Please email your name and order details along with images of your item to hello@littleharryhampton.com and we will help you out. Little Harry Hampton will absorb the return shipping costs, so please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty.
Please note: We have a 5-week faulty claims period (this excludes general wear and tear and incorrect garment care). In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if a minor problem is found with the product, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement, or a store credit. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit or refund.

Sale items
All sale items are final, we do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
