What age range does Little Harry Hampton cater for?

Currently, our range is designed for babies, toddlers and children from 3 months up to 4 years. We are working on introducing larger sizes into our future collections, so stay tuned.

What is your sizing like?

At Little Harry Hampton, we aim to keep with standard Australian sizing with all of our garments. For a standard fit, we recommend ordering your child’s true size. Please refer to our Size Guide for further details.

Does Little Harry Hampton have a physical store or are you online based only?

At this stage we are online only.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we ship to limited overseas countries (Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom, USA).

Please note that some international orders may incur a sales or customs duty tax upon arrival to be paid by the customer. Each country has its own customs laws, and the duties for different goods and values are set per local regulations. Kindly contact your local customs agent for a price estimation.

I have received an item and I think it's faulty - what do I do?

First of all, we are sorry to hear this has happened! We are more than happy to assist you with this fault, please email your name and order details along with images of your item to hello@littleharryhampton.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Is your clothing ethically made?

We understand that some consumers like to be mindful when shopping for clothes and accessories. Little Harry Hampton is proudly ethical in the way our clothes are made and in the condition that our suppliers are BSCI certified and paid above award wages.

We have a great relationship with our suppliers and Little Harry Hampton prides ourselves on making beautiful exclusive pieces using high quality materials and fabrics. Production for our pieces including design and sampling is a lengthy process, we spend months making our items from start to finish to ensure perfection and customer satisfaction.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

After you make your order please email hello@littleharryhampton.com if you would like your items gift wrapped. This comes at no extra cost but may not always be available during busy periods.

When will I receive my order?

Typically, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. This may take longer around peak demand periods such as new collection launches.

For Express Post within Australia your order will arrive 2-3 days from dispatch date. Standard Shipping within Australia is estimated 3-7 days and International Postage is dependent on your billing country.

Please note that estimated delivery time is an estimate and that time may vary depending on external factors outside Little Harry Hampton and our courier company's control. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical errors and high volume peak periods.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number based on the shipping service you selected during check out.

Can I change my order?

Before you complete and pay for an order, you can review your order and make changes. You are bound to your order only when you accept it and our Terms and Conditions at checkout.

When you have completed a purchase and received an order confirmation, we begin to process the order in our system and at our warehouse. Once the package has left our hands, there is no possibility to change your order. If you find errors in the specified contact details, it is your duty to contact us at hello@littleharryhampton.com immediately.

Little Harry Hampton is not responsible for an order being processed correctly where the consumer has entered incorrect information and you are not entitled to a refund due to incorrect information processed at the checkout.

Can I add products to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot add products to an existing order. We recommend that you make a new order and if available we will try our best to ship the orders together. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@littleharryhampton.com.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact Little Harry Hampton immediately if you wish to cancel your order at hello@littleharryhampton.com. If we are unable to assist in cancelling your order immediately, usually because it has already been packed or shipped, please return your order to us. The cost of returning freight is your responsibility.

Can I change my shipping address?

We process your order within 24 hours (usually), so it's very short of time when you can change or remove your order. If you want to change something, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@littleharryhampton.com.

If your order is already packed and sent, it is your (the customers) responsibility to locate the parcel. Once the parcel has been located you can return it and make a new order, however, please be aware you will need to cover the shipping to return the goods for a new order.

Little Harry Hampton is not responsible for an order sent to an incorrectly specified address or name of a customer once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Do you ship to Mail Boxes (PO Box)?

Yes in Australia. Unfortunately, we would prefer not to deliver to a PO Box outside of Australia.

I have not received my order. What do I do?

Contact hello@littleharryhampton.com and enter your order number and we will assist you. We will do everything we can do locate your order as soon as possible.

Can I have my order delivered to an alternative address?

Yes, you can enter another shipping address in the same country / currency as your billing address. If you pay via PayPal please check the address specified in your account.
